ISOMAR is a natural, physiologic, isotonic and sterile seawater solution and it is not comparable to common physiologic solution with water and sodium chloride (kitchen salt), because its composition naturally balanced of mineral salts is similar to our tear and to the inorganic fraction of human plasma.

	ISOMAR PHIALS NOSE: Put the mono-dose sterile phial in the nostril of the child, lying down, and instil one or more drops. The phial can be close and re-utilised. For the child, who is able to use ISOMAR by himself, and for the adult, the phial must be put alternatively in the nostrils pressing it head up. Breathe in and close the other nostril with your finger.
	EYE WASHES: Instil one or more drops in the lachrymal sac, according to one’s necessity, even frequently during the day. The top of the phial must not come into contact with the surface of the eyelid or of the eye.

	ISOMAR SPRAY NOSE: one/more nebulizations in each nostril from every positions.
	EAR: nebulize once or more with the head horizontal and parallel to the sink, and your ear turned towards the bottom.

Use: effective for facilitating the elimination of an excessive nasal secretion during cold; eliminating the blood residuum which forms after nasal operations and favouring a better drain; restoring the physiologic humidity of the mucous membrane. It calms naturally the symptomatology in case of allergic rhinitis and allergy in general, also caused by pollen. In case of cold, cough, bronchitis, sinusitis, rhinitis, asthma, allergies also caused by pollen and for people working indoor, above all in presence of powder.

Indications for the eye washing
Dryness sensation and slight non-pathologic troubles and eye tiredness due to outdoor factors, such as: wind and solar rays exposition, powder, smokes, dry environment, (air conditioning, dry warm…), prolonged stay in front of screens and use of contact lenses.

Indication for the ear cleaning
ISOMAR SPRAY with the alternative nebulizer (in the box) is suitable for the cleaning and the washing of the ear.
It prevents the forming of earwax cap and the stanching of undesired particles at the beginning of possible auditory diseases. It helps also to maintain the auditory meatus clean in people with hearing aid (the characteristic of the nebulization prevents from every over-pressure of the eardrum membrane).
USE:
One/two nebulizations of 2 seconds, even frequently during the day.

Contrary to other seas, the water of the Mediterranean Sea has a very law presence of heavy metals and hydrocarbons. Particularly the water of the Cinque Terre is the most similar to the body fluids of the Mediterranean population. Moreover, the water which washes the Ligurian coasts is very oxygenated because it hits rocky coasts, with law tide excursion. ISOMAR: a unique, Italian flavour for babies, children and adults. The passage from hypertonic (seawater at 100% or above the isotony) to isotonic sea water is fundamental. If water remained hypertonic, it would cause a production of too hydrated and not very viscous mucous, so with a limited mechanic protection. The prolonged use of hypertonic water, moreover, would cause a physiologic unbalance of the mucous cells reducing their capacity of producing naturally water. This process would cause dryness of the mucous membrane, which is a potential centre of infections.
